Fast

If it is safe for you to do so, we advise you to do not consume anything other than water for 6 hours prior to our appointment.

Hydrate

Drink at least 2 litres of water a day for a week before your treatment, and continue to do so for two weeks after. Hydration helps flush out toxins and broken-down fat cells.

Avoid blood thinners

Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and other blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours before your treatment. These substances can increase the risk of bruising.

Avoid sun exposure

Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least a week before your treatment.

Wear comfortable clothes

On the day of your treatment, wear comfortable clothes and avoid wearing makeup or skincare products on the treatment areas

Stay calm

Stay calm and relaxed during the treatment to minimize any discomfort or anxiety

POST-TREATMENT CARE

Hydrate

Drink at least 2 litres of water a day for 2 weeks after your treatment. Hydration helps flush out toxins and broken-down fat cells.

Massage

Massage the area gently - ideally with a wooden bead massager. This will help to activate the product and to help the body remove the excess waste.

Swelling

Swelling is to be expected for 3-6 days post treatment. Small areas such as the chin you can expect swelling for up to 14 days. The area can be treated and the swelling educed using a cool pack wrapped in a clean cloth or towel and used for a maximum of 20 minutes 4 times a day.

Skin Condition
Redness, tightness, temporary hard lumps, tenderness, bruising and itchy skin are all common side effects of fat dissolving treatments.

Exercise
Avoid the gym/strenuous exercise for at least 7 days.
